Gandhinagar is a planned city, and its homes come in a few clear kinds. The numbered sectors hold bungalows and twin bungalows. Along the highway to Ahmedabad, new towers in Kudasan, Sargasan, Raysan and Randesan hand over flats at possession. GIFT City adds apartments close to its offices.

We work across all of them, and each asks for something different. A bungalow needs a plan for every floor and the stairs between them. A new flat needs its wiring, ceiling and kitchen drawn before you take possession, so nobody breaks open a finished wall later.

If you have booked a 2, 3 or 4 BHK flat in Kudasan, Sargasan, Raysan, Randesan or GIFT City, talk to us before the builder hands it over. Send the floor plan and we draw the layout, the lighting and the kitchen while the tower is still being finished.

With the plan ready early, the electrician places each point and AC line once, the false ceiling goes up once, and work on the modular kitchen and the wardrobes starts sooner after you get the keys.

A bungalow gives you more to plan: a staircase, a pooja room, a terrace or a garden, and rooms on more than one floor. We draw the whole house as one set of materials, so the stone, the timber and the light carry on from the gate to the top floor.

Outside spaces get the same care as the rooms: a swing (hichko) on the verandah, planters on a steel grid, lights that make the garden part of the evening.
